All of their coffee is shade grown / bird friendly and they have developed relationships directly with the growers to ensure the coffee is of the highest quality. They take great care in roasting and grinding their coffee. Each bean has a unique roast profile that is designed to ensure the flavors from each farm shine through in the cup, while most of the coffee available for sale in India is dark roasted, which destroys the subtle flavors and aromas inherent in the beans.
In addition to whole beans, they also offer a number of different grind options so that our customers can get the right grind consistency for their particular brewing method. The believe in the best equipment - a Probat roaster and Mazzer and Mahlkonig grinders. Most importantly, all of their coffee is roasted fresh on order - they don't keep any stock of roasted beans on hand - and shipped out within 24 hours of roasting. All coffee begins to stale within 2 weeks of the roast date so getting their customers their coffee as quickly as possible ensures that they can enjoy it at it's peak flavor.
